The result is an investment readiness level for the team. A higher score reflects a more viable and well tested business or mission model:
- Is the value to the customer proved?
- Is there a sufficient market?
- Will they solve a genuine problem?
- Will the solution be adequate?
- Does the product or service fit the proposed market?
- Are revenue streams sufficient?
- Is the product or service gaining traction?
- Are production and delivery within costs and will they scale?
- Are they measuring the right metrics and is there an engine for growth?
investment due diligence
The results give assurance to an innovation or acceleration programme. Or due diligence to an investment fund or crowdsource platform. Scores and insights are shared with investors, or senior managers. So they can see beyond the pitch, to how viable the business or project is.
